Chiropractic is great to support children as they grow and transition into youth athletes and through their athletic endeavors. Not only does it help with injury prevention, it increases performance and proprioception to give their body an edge in performing at their best. It’s no coincidence that all the big time athletes and professional sports players get adjusted regularly for a competitive edge. Dr. Katie, being an avid athlete herself and prior two sport college athlete, loves taking care of youth athletes. Chiropractic care helps ensure that their bodies are in tiptop shape, moving and functioning properly so they can perform at their highest level.
Stress. Life can be stressful. Whole families encounter different stresses at different stages of their lives. Parents, siblings, and kids all encounter different stresses that can manifest as health challenges. Since every single function, organ, cell, and tissue in your body is controlled through your nervous system, each of these areas can be negatively impacted by the emotional and physical stressors of your life. This in turn can take a big toll on one’s health individually and affect families at large.
Being healthy and fulfilling one’s potential is one of the greatest gifts in life. The goal with whole family care is ensuring and supporting a family’s health to be the fullest expression of what’s possible.
Chiropractic adds to one’s life. It does not subtract. Living life clear, fully functioning, and connected to the best version of one’s individual self only strengthens family relationships and community ties.
Dr. Katie’s vision is to take care of whole families because of the value it does for people’s lives, health, and the trajectory it gives children for a beautiful life.
A life connected is always better than disconnected because there is nothing bigger than life.
